With the recent release of XNA 1.0, GarageGames has released their Torque X engine. I can't wait to try it out. It looks like it contains exactly what I was hoping for. Collision detection, physics, and more, all without the need for TGB. Unfortunately, I no longer have a development machine at home (I'm on the lookout for a new laptop) and I am also studying for a Microsoft test (MCP). Perhaps I will still try it out on my desktop, but it's not quite ready for primetime. |

Just wanted to add that if you have a TGB license you then can use the TGB Level Builder and export your level to TorqueX ![]() ------------------ |
