1. Dont say its impossible because i found enterprise edition for 37 dollars.

I dunno about $50, but I got the academic version for $100 at my college. You can't make commercial products with it, though.

Why didn't you get the enterprise edition?

Besides, your logic is wrong anyways. Just because you found a statistical outlier doen't mean it's probable that you'll find another one anytime soon . You should've taken it while you had the chance - there's no telling if you'll come across such a deal again anytime soon.

I'm tempted to answer this with a heavily sarcastic remark . Needless to say, there's not much you can do if I violate your "rules."

Do you specifically need .NET 2003? Microsoft has free versions of their 2005 development packages for free download. Check out Visual Studio 2005 Express on the Microsoft site.

Thanks but no thanks. I've given up on this. I stick to Dev-CPP because it can be modded and I like its features. Currently using Dev-C++ superchared for wx-widgets

In case you want to get into C# development, I also highly recommend SharpDevelop. It's what I use for just about all of my personal development, even though I have a copy of Visual Studio through one of my jobs. It's a lot better than it used to be, and improving all of the time.
