Hiya guys. I've been kinda busy lately with school, a really badly sprained wrist, and some other things so I will be taking a interviewing break. Expect the next interview next weekend.

This may or may not help: Elaine Petrone's Miracle Ball Method (www.elainepetrone.com)---I have back and neck injuries from a car wreck and my physical therapist noticed a massive increase in my mobility and pain tolerance after 2 days of using it--I still use them a lot and the booklet that comes with them has all sorts of positions that help with different things---including carpal tunnel and arm stresses---worth a try--I know it helped me immensely I am very impressed with it BTW I picked it up for 20 bucks at Barnes N Noble--they should have it there if you want to see it up close before making a choice on it.

Hahaha. Ironically, I'm safer at a computer. This was the result of an accident while pushing someone on a swing and being thrown 26ft down a hill.

Good stuff ain't they. Yeah I've been using them pretty frequently to stay in shape. Glad they're helping you heal.

Oh nice hehe! Yeah they are great--glad they are helping you too---do you have that portable one? I have the kit that came with the booklet and 2 of the green balls---I want the DVD with the slightly larger blue ball and possibly the portable one since I am going on a trip soon--although the green ones are pretty portable---I love those things so much--them and the Ab-Lounge---picked that up at Sears and it is helping me lose weight----on that totally unrelated note if anyone here wants to lose weight look up Sun CHlorella---it is a supplement I get that cleans you from the inside out--forces all the crap that builds up in your body out and you lose 15 pounds within 4 days (yes FOUR days)---that with the ab-lounge I have went from 207 to 187 in 2 months LOL----but yeah those miracle balls rock all over!
