Just wanted to show you a new video clip for Visions that I posted on the main page of the website. This isn't a professional movie, it's just a little fraps clip that I took while flying around the game world in developer mode. Shows a little bit of what we've been working on. You can go directly to it here: http://www.visionsgame.com/#Video-Clips The video is 16 MB so will take about 5 to 10 minutes to download on broadband. It is served from a production server so should offer the fastest possible DL speeds. Hope you enjoy the clip. Feel free to share with your friends. Blessings to you, ------------------ |

This file is being served from a variety of hosting sites. Choose your favorite, or view it from the visions Main page! Cool, i like how you can see your shadow, but i didnt see anything else that had shadows. ------------------ |

Only DTS models have shadows currently. DIF models don't cast shadows by default. We will have to mod the engine to allow for that. We're a bit short on programmers so these things have to be implemented in little bits at a time. I got some new screenshots up last night. No new videos yet though. We've had an exciting week, and looking forward to some accelerated progress due to new alliances! Keep praying for us. We still need protection. Blessings to you all, ------------------ |

New video created and uploaded today in recognition of Good Friday. -Sparkling ------------------ |

Sorry I see you asked what version of Torque we are using... TGEA (previously known as TSE) with the Atlas terrain. It's the Atlas terrain that has the issues right now, but we need it for the very large size world we are creating. So we're tweaking it and working with it as best we can. -Sparkling ------------------ |

Things are getting very busy and very exciting for those of us working on Visions. If you could take 2 minutes and please vote for us on the Intel game demo contest, we would really appreciate it. We're trying to gain recognition. http://softwarecommunity.intel.com/gamecontest/EntryDetails.aspx?entryID=132 Through the end of June is our opportunity to win small weekly prizes. Then July 1st the votes will be erased and the "real" voting will start for the final win. I don't anticipate that we will win the contest, but if you could be praying for us that we will gain some publicity, that is our main reason for entering. So we will be asking you to vote for us twice, once now and again in July. If you know anyone else who would be interested in supporting Visions in this way, please send them the link to our contest entry! Also, you will notice there is a little button that says *Media 1* on the entry page. That is a very small 6mb video that we contributed as part of our contest entry. If you would like to see a longer video, I have uploaded one to YouTube, you can see it on the front page of our website, scroll to the bottom. Thank you for your support of the Visions game development project! Blessings to you, ------------------ |
