There is a new site that is dedicated to Christian video games. There are reviews, pics and videos of any Christian game that has ever been made. Check the site out for yourself at www.gamepraise.net. ------------------ |

nice site I think I'm the 13th registered member on the forum... I could really see this site being the premium site for Christian Games! Very professional feel, some issues with the forum, the images don't show up for me, check the url paths.Would it be possible for you to make it so that we could like click on a Developer/Publisher name and then see what games they made? Would be really handy to be able to see the developers and publishers with there released titles... give a nice view of the christian games industry Well once again, nice site, people should really check it out. More ppl in the forum would be nice too, but I'm sure it'll grow quickly soon. ------------------ |

I am planning to inculde a developer section showing the christian video games industry. But I am currently working on converting all the pages to php so that I can easily update the site. In the process of that I will adding more to the site and fixing, tweaking with things. ------------------ |

yeah, php pages will be great. And also be able to let you update/change some stuff rather quickly. Will you setup the information in say a MySQL database? So that you could just chuck all the information into it, and then retreve it via php? Anywho, good job ![]() ------------------ |

Yes I am dumping all my information in a database as we speak. I have a lot of content so it will take me a few weeks to write the programs and build up my database. But as soon as everything is converted over the site will be updated on a more frequent basis. ------------------ |

Very cool!!! A web site like this is definately needed! It's cool to have a one-stop resource with information on all of the Christian games out there, not just a few. ~Michelle |

BTW Michelle, Graceworks (Tim Emmerich -- he's the guy who first took the initiative to start the CGDC) also runs a website to be a bit of a one-stop shop for most all of the Christian-based games that are available right now. He's got the largest selection of Christian games of anybody I know -- you can check his website out here: http://cgnow.com/ Cheers! --clint |

Yeah, I'm more into the sites that review all Christian video games, not just a certain selection, you know, you see the same four games over and over again for the past 5 years, there's a lot more out there you know. Plus, I'm more into reading the reviews and news updates and like Family-friendly Gaming does on their site and now GamePraise, plus you can just buy the games directly from their maker not a third-party. So yeah, just my preference. Thanks though! |
