There's an echo going through the Linux community: Picasa is available for Linux! Is in Beta stage so it's not entirely stable, but I'll play with it anway. They've helped the Wine project by writing over 100 patches to get Picasa to work! (Thank you Google, I'll try your proprietary photo program now).
