It can look like this Java applet, but you can put up to six messages so that it might look like Magnificat.

Unix (but not Mac) and Windows versions.

My first try and not guaranteed to work. In fact, would be interested to know if it works in Linux. Requires an up-to-date Java runtime.

I'll test it and tell you how it runs under Gentoo Linux.

i'm kind of confused... it's a screensaver? how do you set it up to run just like a regular one? and also, what are those 2 gray boxes you linked to?

The gray boxes probably mean you don't have the Java runtime to run either the applets or the screensaver. If you download the screensaver and unZIP it you'll find a README.txt with requirements and how to install.

You should be able to see everything if you install the current runtime.

Darn! I can't find xscreensaver. I only have kscreensaver (because I use KDE). It will be a while till I figure out how to get this to work.

Added a screensaver based on City.

New filenames, which should be permanent even if added to in the future.

I added the City screensaver a few minutes ago. I like it very much. Try the settings.

I just noticed you're from "New Albany, Indiana, USA". I'm from old Albany, NY, USA.
