goop2,
I was here back in 2001 I think. Worked on three diffrent games, all the teams broke up, very sad you know. This place is why I got into writing. So, that's why I come back every now and then, just to check up on the place.

No, I wrote story lines; did some 3d/2d work. I wouldn't be any use to anyone here now. I spend all my time writing and editing now.

Well, some people from here were interested, so I figured I should come back with an update. I've placed 9 chapters of the book up, 4 short stories, and one picture book. I'm just keeping busy I guess.

bennythebear,

You're the first person to give me a comment on it other then Tanya (my wife). I'm glad you liked the story, sorry about the ending, but I was in a mood that day, and I needed something to remindme to keep my head strait.

Also, back in the day, childrens stories were based off harsh truths. I was reflecting that through a childhood memory I had. If you're looking for something more upbeat, try Kimbit, my picture book, or A Happy Thought. The Guarden is a harsh story, but it will more then likly be published with someone. I just need to ok it.

God Bless,
C.A.Kelsey

i liked the garden. it's harsh, but it ended in victory. i could picture a game based around that story, or based on that story anyway. it would also make a good series, i think. anyway, enough of my opionated rambling, i like your stories .

Nice ending. I found it hard with some of the words, getting your brain around some them was difficult. But a good story. Maybe you can put it into a PDF?

Nice work Angel, you working on anything else?

bennythebear,
The words in the book are spelt by the Hazeemtor phonics table. Neenteko for example could be spelt Nenteko in English. Meeg could also be spelt Meg. Nahmeo could be as simple as Nameo. However, I wrote the language for the meeg culture. So any word that orginated from the langage I spell by the Hazeemtor phonics table.
I guess it's something that big fans would really glue to more. From what I understand most readers read words the best way they can, or make up the sound of the word. Vailion has been pronounced so many ways now - I can't even keep track of them.
Anyways, sorry for the difficulty, but there is nothing I can do.

D-SIPL,
There are some short stories posted on the site as well. "A Happy Thought" is my first blaitently Christian work. Everything else I have done to date is covert. Belive it or not, the story sort of started from a game I was working on, while I was doing games here way back.
After one of the last teams fell apart, I was going to quit writing. Tanya (my wife) became pritty angry with me. She said I had to keep writing - so there you have it.

ArchAngel,
It's nice to be back, and with such wonderful fanfair! I like to think I would be easly forgoton.

Goop2,
I would need to see how far along you are with your work. Then I would want to know how commited you are, languages you know in code, exsperience you have, demos of your work. I've been through about 5-6 teams now and I don't want to waist my time again. By that I mean, I've writen an RPG story line (conversations between towns people, characters, maps and so forth), a compleat story for a tetris/rpg game, a short story for a ninja game, and one other story for a game.
I'm sure others here could voice their openions on the frustrations of bad teams, poor leadership, hype, and so forth. I'm not aposed to working with you, just aposed to waisting my time. I hope all that came out right.

D-SIPL,
There is very good chance that I will work on another game. I was skimming over some of the resent posts, and took note of Veratech being mentioned. I'm still good friends with him and we are discussing a mass multi-player. If a team of both tallent and determenation was formed, it would be a reality just waiting to be finnished.

Im actualy using RM2K right now... I want to learn a code, I was using Game Maker, but I got frustrated with the messaging and stuff... Im real serius about making this game though. I also want a message in it, but not make it a preaching game... sorta like a secular game with a Christian message... I know... that makes no sense at all. Ill tell you the story so far sometime.
