GODCENTRIC is looking for people who are committed to christ
and wish to serve us in beta testing our productions and tools.
i have created a yahoo group that you can subscribe at

GODCENTRICBETA-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

don't expect anything to test for another month or so at least
but i want to set up the network.

What i am looking for in you.
One - be a prayerful christian - Constructive criticism is encouraged (not only technical but more spefically about the messages or our productions).
we want to listen to wise counsel..

two - be able to test productions and little test apps and give feedback on their preformace (ussually tell the set up of your computer and email me reports that the program generates itself - though if it crashed you'll have to describe it yourself).

what does it do for you..

lets you see far in advance some Christian productions, screensavers, tools, games.. it lets you be part of our accountibility network which can be a mutually beneficial thing..
allows you to give advice and ideas and maybe even YOUR ideas will be incorporated in our productions and games..
allows you to serve Christ in this area..

God bless you..

www.GODCENTRIC.com will be probably launched in a week displaying our vision, setting up a little place for the group thanks to the web design skills our rowan!

Heya,

Don't know if you'd find this useful or not, but I can set up an area on the CCN boards for you guys where you can moderate and add/remove people from the team and all that. So, in essence, you'd have your own private messageboard area right here.

Lemme know if you're interested.

Our own message board - cool!

I agree about the privacy thing - any private conversations we may have can be conducted much more easily over ICQ - but a public one would be good for keeping christiancoders members informed (if they're interested )

Thanks Krylar!

Hi guys

Im new to these boards. I stumbled across them as I was scouring the internet for christian games/gaming sites that I could find.

As an brief intro on myself, I was a fairly hardcore gamer until about 3 months ago when God convicted me that what I was playing (all the latest FPS, strategy, RPG games but mainly alot of CS) was not only not against what God's word says we should dwell on (see Phil 4:8) but were also wasting all my time. So I stopped playing them altogether. I'm looking for some entertainment and I would love to be able to kick back on my computer and play some games that have good moral backgrounds such as Ominous Horizons etc, and are done by christian guys looking to make a living in the computer game industry.

I would like to be a beta-tester for any genre games that groups such as GodCentric, N-Lightning, Twoguys Software etc are looking at developing. I would class myself as quite qualified for the job having played most games out there and I can see things that may need tweaking/fixing.
At the moment I am running a T-bird 1.2gig w/256 RAM, 40 gig HDD, TNT2 M64.

One last thing before I go; an aspect missing from the good christian games out there already is a multiplayer part. That would add so much more value to the game and if it was developed would bring a whole new dimension to the games.

Keep up the good work and may God bless and prosper your ministry!
