Bibleclicks.com is my bible search engine that allows you to enter any possible configuration of search criteria so that you can search the bible efficiently and effectively.. http://www.bibleclicks.com/ allows you to search the King James Version of the Holy Bible and soon I'll be adding more versions but its is quite a task to add another version to the already-heavy database.. Anyway, I'm looking for two things from you guys and gals, my fellow Christians and developers.. 1. Opinions and lots of them.. the more the better, I need to know what the pros think. 2. Strategic Partnerships.. using a custom solution that I've written I'm able to offer select sites the opportunity to allow bible search and links from their site that link to bibleclicks but make bibleclicks look like your site, when the correct entry point is used.. Feel free to reply or to email me at webmaster@bibleclicks.com Thanks, ------------------ [This message has been edited by Bibleclicks (edited October 02, 2001).] [This message has been edited by Bibleclicks (edited October 03, 2001).] |

Hi Tony, I took a quick gander and it looks good. The only suggestion is to retain the "searched for text" in the upper left (where you have "Query?") if a search doesn't return anything. That way, the user can just edit the search words directly and try the search again. I may be interested in linking from any of my sites at http://www.graceworksinteractive.com - there is one other place that allows similar integration, can't recall off the top of my head their URL though. God be with you, ------------------ |

Took your suggestion into consideration and did add it.. now the searched for text appears in both boxes. And thanks! Also.. I looked at your site and it seems to be that you write programs? Would you be interested in swapping some work for work? I can code in HTML and Cold Fusion (best described as "HTML on Steroids" - For Databases.). Tony Hicks quote: |

Just wanted to note that CCN has integrated the Bibleclicks search right off the main screen. You'll find it under the Recent Discussions sections. It's pretty cool, so please check it out! -Krylar ------------------ |

Hey, I just checked it out. It's cool! I wrote a program a while back which made the bible in html format and each word over 5 letters long had a link to the next verse which had that word in it. But this is even better! Good stuff! Revelator! ------------------ |
