I'm continuing on uniting some of my code for The Well of Bethlehem, and have run into a problem. Currently I'm devoloping the menu system. Unfortunetly, the main menu works, but I'm adding on the Help menu, and its slowing my computer to a crawl, and not displaying anything. Depending if I get a response I'll post the code. ------------------ |

Why does it seem that none of my BM threads get unnoticed? ------------------ |

You have tough bugs that no one wants to tackle Sorry I don't know much about BM, but it could be a bad loop. Normally when things slow down its because of a loop (or a timeout if you are doing net based stuff). ------------------ [This message has been edited by samw3 (edited January 23, 2007).] |

Thank You. BTW, CurPlayer is a type which is global. If you require the entire package, images, everything, then I'll send it to you in PM. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Mene-Mene (edited January 25, 2007).] |

Is hitting Escape supposed to close the entire program? |

MM - it's always good to see a fellow Hoosier on these boards! Anyway, I was just curious what The Well of Bethlehem entailed. Is it a game, or more of a study tool? Thanks for any info you wish to provide. ------------------ |

POL: I wouldn't say I'm a hoosier, but I am from Indiana. I was looking for others, and noticed you. The Well of Bethlehem is totally a game based on a certain section on the Bible. If wanted I'll provide the exact passages. The code has been edited out now that he helped here. ------------------ |

I would be curious to see the references. Also, if you ever need any help testing or anything, let me know. As for the Hoosier reference, I know what you mean. I'm actually from Illinois, but made the hike here for a job (I often wish I would have stayed put ) ------------------ |

These are the references: 1 Chronicles 11:15-19, 2 Samuel 23:13-17 Thanks for the offer, I'll see what I might need, right now all I got is coding, and will conquer problems as they come. I hope to finish in about 6 months or less, but all will come in good time. ------------------ |
