Hello all!

I want to start expanding FOS some more.

Basic Information:
FOS is programmed in Blitz3D of course. Don't expect any payment, I code because I enjoy it, and you better have to too.

How the project is laid up:
Before we open up the IDE and write some neat code we will design what more we want in FOS. And to make the code readable and clean, we will follow some rules when coding, like tab indenting, comments etc., I will go into more details later. We will need to have a decided time every week when we can talk, of course if you have to do something else at that time we can move it, as long as we keep our contact. When anyone of us has written some code, we send it to each other, read through it and comment/criticize it, otherwise I know how this project will die, and also because I want flexible and easy readable code.

Who I want to work with:
I want to work with one programmer, not two programmers. And you will have to meet some qualifications. Basicly, just know how to code well in Blitz3D.

Questions and answers:
Not many questions that I can think of at the moment, but there are a few:

Q: Will it be open-source?
A: No

Q: Will this project make me rich?
A: Again, no, you won't earn a single penny.

Q: Will I have to be from a specific country?
A: Nope, as long as you speak english!

How to contact me:
You can mail me at stjanovitz@gmail.com, or you can post in this topic. (No I won't post my MSN or AIM username here)

Cheers, firemaker103.
(I actually said cheers. Surprised, eh? )
(Buddboy, do not post spam here )

hey!! no fair!! i was going to say i'll help maybe, i may or may not know enough BB to be the only person helping you... but i would do some things... so i guess i'm saying i'll help, but you might want to get another person so that i can just help like when the other person can't, or when you can't talk with them/us i could talk with them and whatever... i still don't think that was fair... to single me out like that...

FM, you are good at what you do. 90% of that post was ripped right out of some guy's on codersworkshop.com.

I see you like to do things the lazy man's way. .

I'm interested to see how FOS turns out, so keep up the good work.

If you opensource it (and I can somehow get BlitzBasic to work under Linux) I'll consider.

I'll help!! been ooking for something like this for some time.
I also code cos i like it so no problem with not getting paid .
Only thing is, why can't it become Open-Source? I always most stuff should be both open-source and free.
I also got a nice set of functions for parsing text in case you need them.
My e-mail is rohanmaster@hotmail.com

$80, which is pretty good since BlitzPlus is also $80 but has less to it.

Try running a demo through wine. You can still run the program, just not make an executable. Or, you can finish up the encryption contest...

I now have made it open-source now, though.

Alright, I'm in. What license are you using? GLP, LGPL, MIT or BSD?
Oh, and is BlitzBasic free?
