I have the trial version i am TRYING to play (until the game CD I purchased arrives). I NEED HELP trying to figure out HOW to pick up things(like keys, ect). The defaults for the game seem to not work wellFor example; the interface says to "Look Down" I press the "DELETE" button-when I do that it looks up. I have tried to call NLightening-but get the message that the developer's mailbox is full(cant leave voice mail) I have also emailed their support to NO AVAIL....I can't seem to find anything but reviews on the game doing a search. My only hope(and I pray i didnt waste money buting this game and Omnious Horizons)is one of my fellow Christians can help me out with the game interface.
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!

Hi,
welcome to the forums.

I believe you should be able to pick them up by just walking to them?

yeah, walking over should pick things up in the game. I honestly never had a problem with the keys, so I'm not sure I know your problem.

and besides, don't use the look up, look down keys. they are useless. always use the mouse to look around.

but I will say, playing both games, that they are well worth their money.
hope you can find what's going on.

Hey thanks for the help. I realized when i walked on the bench i picked up the key. I am also having a time SAVING a game I started-When I go to SAVE I give it a name, but when I go to re-load the saved game-I getGame ended(where I got killed). I have XP-the documentation says Win 2000 and i thought it said XP. There is very little about these games to find on the web....can you recommend any more Christian PC games that are newer?
Once again, thanks for the help and welcome....Starchild

Sure -- there are a number of great Christian games that have been coming out lately. Probably the best place to find all of the available Christian video games is Christian Games! Now!. They have great titles like Light Rangers, Dance Praise, Ominous Horizons (a newer game from the same guys who did Catechumen), Eternal War, the Adventures in Odyssey games, Bibleman, the Interactive Parables, Nacah and more.

There's also a great new game coming out this Easter called "Timothy & Titus", and if you head over to their website, you can win a free copy by signing up in their forums and playing their fun mini-flash game.

Cheers!

In Christ,
clint

I suggest Ominous Horizens, it's a very fun game. Pretty good quality too.

The Left Behind game should also be coming out relatively soon (assuming it's not delayed again).

Emailing to support@n-lightning.com should get you a response within a day.

There are some hints and a FAQ linked in at
http://Catechumen.com/support.htm

Try Nacah and Isles of Derek, Eternal War, etc.

BTW...I am not a "he" I am a "she" LOL! Anyway I emailed N'Lightening a few days ago to NO avail, and calling their tech support# just gave me a voice mail box that was full, so I couldn't leave any messages. I'm gonna wait til I get the game CDs and see how they work. Thanks to ya'll for helping me out....will keep ya posted on my progress

Yep! But it gets frustrating having to go back an start from the beginning. I got the CDs of Catechumen and Omnious Horizons. i am having trouble saving my games....can anyone help me with the "Load" portion of saving the game. what is "Autosave" and "Quicksave"...can't seem to get this to work, and the book that came with the Catechumen CD doesn't say anything in detail about it....maybe i just have to get used to playing the game?
