Keep that post to this forum, any other forum will laugh at you I'm afraid, in fact young people coming up and asking about how to make a MMORPG is very famous and is talked and laughed about in many forums, Google around and you'll see. You can make your own MMORPG very easily when "programmer in training" becomes "programmer". But like I said in your other thread, forget the authoring tools, when it gets past just some simple fun and maybe even competitions, you NEED to code. Now if you post asking about help on problems in the code you're using to make a MMORPG, people will fall over themselves trying to help you, honest, we've all been there. Check out Blitz is very stable but not as many features as DarkBasic (another similiar product). Rhy |

But Blitz is very, very easy. DB isn't really. I'd suggest Blitz. Good luck, and post if you need anymore help with the game. |

I am in the process of creating a MUD so I might be able to help you. I don't know any graphics programming which is probably what you want with the MMORPG, but I can help with the programming part. ------------------ Sciuri non sunt boni edere. |

Just languages of a different type - HTML is markup, not programming, and JavaScript is scripting. ------------------ Switch Mayhem now available! Get it here |

I reccomend C++! then YOU could help ME sorry, joking, c++ is a simple-language OOP (simple does NOT mean easy, it means it can interact with your acomputer hardware) yes, BLitz is one of my favorites (my ONLY Basic language) i loved it. good luck! (i wish I had a teamm... oh well, i'll just do what i can!) ------------------ Blessed are those who show mercy. Blessed are those who suffer for doing what is right. |

yeah, im still learning blitz. me and sam are the only people that we have so far, if you know anyone who would be willing to work with us, we need blitz programmers. but right now, we need to work on all the storylining and drawrings and stuff like that. well, if you know anyone who can do drawrings for me or some programming, we also need to do 3d models and all that other important crap, lol. well anyways, umm... yeah. ------------------ |
