Does anyone with a PC use a MSI K7 K6TV Motherboard. I have no idea how to get into BIOS, no instructions with the manual either. I have never figured it out! One of the Fx (x as in 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc) keys does a repair something, and I have the option to get into BIOS by pressing the delete key, but nothing happens.

MSI says that version of motherboard doesnt exist. Are you sure the version here is right?

If it is where did you happen to pick up the motherboard?

And finally are there other markings on it? If so are they english or another language?

My original box says. MSI KT6V (K7 Mainboard) Designed for AMD atholon processors (although I use a Sempron 2300)

I got it at a small store called Computer Builders Warehouse in Detroit, Michigan when we were on furhlough.

This motherboard does exist. Unless it's a figment of my imagination.

Anyway, to get into the BIOS, keep tapping the delete key on the page just after the splash screen for the core cell (when it's looking for SATA drives and trying to decide which order to boot in) and you'll get taken into it.

Now, if only I could work out how to set the FSB to auto or to the speed I require without the system hanging...

Ok, will try. Also whenever I connect another CD-ROM or HD to my second IDE port, nothing shows up. Not only that but it takes a good 2 minutes to boot one of my OSes!
