<OBJECT height=<# in Pixels> width=<# in Pixels>><PARAM NAME="movie" VALUE="<Folder where *.swf is located>">
<embed src="<Same as value>" width="<# in Pixels>" height="<# in Pixels>"></embed></OBJECT></P>

Not sure how XP is different from the frontpage v. I used, but take that code and paste it into your HTML. Anything bolded must be changed by you. Make your height and width the size of your flash movie/menu etc.

I believe dreamweaver is rather easy to learn, and it is more powerful than frontpage. Not to mention that it doesn't pollute the code as much as frontpage (DW has a html cleanup feature for pages that were infected by frontpage/ms word)
