I am presently working for a client who is into drag racing and whose site is auto parts sales. I was wondering if any of you had ever done any type of game that would be racing in style or if you know of someone let them know I am looking for a game. The game can be either actual racing or have a racing background. It will have to be made available through our production facility and commission would be paid on a per sale basis. This means you would receive a per sale set amount that you would agree upon. Over the next few years I plan to build on the gaming industry through our company and I am seriously looking at what we can offer our clients through those who are brothers and sisters in Christ and help them grow their craft. I am by no means an expert at games but I do want to see what can be done. The game mentioned above will be marketed by us on a sales by demand setup. In other words the CD will not printed until it is ordered. This helps those who cannot afford to print 1000 Cds at a time and will kept on file as an available game in our office and offered to clients for their site or as an addition to their CD project. On a side note of sorts: In the music industry this could be really good for those who are just starting into programming and have some games that would be an added value to our customers. Have you gotten any takers? A well-done secular site is: There are other sites that list projects that people with skills and time can bid on, some charge. One of the more popular ones is Elance. Does anyone know of others that are free? Another possibility would be GarageGames.com - and post a "help wanted" ad for what you are needing. Tim Sorry about the slow response but very busy these days. Angel is even fussing at grandpa not visiting enough. Anyway I did not get any response to building a racing game. I had intended on adding to the customers site as a download to play. I look at any opportunity as a place to get advertising for friends. I have to be picky but there is always something out there. I also went by and checked out the conference you are working on. I wish I was out that way at this time but unfortunately not at this time. But ya never know I may make it just to hang out in the dorms. I am not college ed-ja-ma-cated so hey I could claim I been to college -- not. Looks like you will have a great bunch of speakers there.
