New Google Desktop version – Calin

 		I stumbled on it by accident.

I have been using Google Desktop only to search files on my computer. The new version has a nice look. It's funny though how they're borrowing the Vista appearance.

Hmm that's interesting. I don't think I'd use it though. KDE is pretty intuitive and if I need to search my dekstop/computer (Googleish style) I can use Beagle.

Which borrowed from Mac OSX which borrowed from Linux, and which borrowed from Linux. Hehehe. Everyone borrows what they can from everyone else who is successful.

It wouldn't run on anything else than Windows anyways.
