I was sitting in study hall, my friend runs in says, "I'm so happy!"
Me: "Yes?"
Friend: "They changed B.C. to B.C.E.!!!!"
Me: "OK...and?"
Friend: "That means less Christianity!!!!!!"
Oh, I just realized he had no idea I was a Christian.
Me:"Uh, I'm a Christian."
Friend: "Um...I guess I wont say what I was gon'na say then..."
It went on, but I don't remember the rest 0_0. It eventually ended in us playing chess with my mico-chess-board-thingy.

When they do that? I know some secular writers use that but does the majority of the population do that? (I haven't been in the states in the past 2 years so I don't really know. I haven't seen B.C.E. used on the web at all [just B.C.])

If I were in your place I wouldn't have told him I was a Christian till later. Or I would have done something that announces I'm almost/am Christian. (Like I did with Bible Dave ).

I'm pretty sure that most people use BC... but all my highschools (2) have used that stupid bce/ce stuff. It's just another sign of the secular leftists slow but sure victory...

You know what's so stupid about that, is that CE\AD started at Birth of Christ, so it doesn't matter what they call it, it still starts at Birth of Christ.

I mean hate it how they are trying to change the name of it. I just think it's stupid how they go through all of that trouble to just change the name of something when the essence of it is still there.

yeah, no kidding. and, um... he didn't know you were a christian? nvm...

he was actually, like, excited about it? and you're hanging out with him, why? the bible says bad company corrupts good character. probably why you're having those problems you mentioned in that other thread.

What would this be called, the Archangel race? I'm in, always wanted to be an archangel.

But wait!
Archangel, Noun:
A biennial cultivated herb; its stems are candied and eaten and its roots are used medicinally.

you want to be candied and eaten, or bottled up in health food stores?? Not me!

So how do we get into this race of super-humans who have attained Soterionhood?

He hasn't even got his first convert yet and the power's gone to his head

I think I'll just stick with being a Christian.

On the same note, that's one thing I like about Jesus. Eventhough he's God, he's not on a power trip. I guess a humble God is the only god you can trust.

That sounds pretty easy.
Wait, a suit? No! I only wear casual clothing.

I'd prefer a dictatorship under Arch to the kinda lousy government we have now...

Just remember, dictatorships and monarchies are usually only good for one or two generations if that. Our government is set up to do a decent job for a long time.

Crazy did you actually call for me?
What would you want to answer about dictatorships? lol

Compare how a family, company, or monastery is run compared to a government.
A dictator dictates to others and when one country dictates to another to do things that are out of line or unchristian then they dictate, despite not being considered a dictator.

as for the topic Random Occurence
Yeah that happens sometimes sometimes it goes well and sometimes a big debate. lol

Well, I don't really "hang" out with him. He was in my driver's education class, my math class, and studyhall. He found out I was a christian, and I found out he was an atheist.

Really, It's not like I've been friends with him for years and suddenly found out he was an atheist.
