In light of Ereon's posted sculpture and the other clay projects some of us are in involved in. I thought, instead of hijacking Ereon's thread, why not make one "umbrella" clay thread. Though Ereon, it would probably be best to just post a link to your thread, so you can retain the feedback and save time and space Here are the links to my videos: First Clay: City: Caveman: Enjoy ------------------ [This message has been edited by Lava (edited October 02, 2006).] |

quote: It took me quite a while, about 12 hours altogether, that includes pre-production (storyboards, scene, models, writing, etc), then taking the pictures, recording the sounds, then editing.

hrm, i gotta be honest Lava, your topic made me worry you had pictures of country music singers in the bathroom. What is this sudden interest in clay? I used to make legomations all the time back in early high school. It was great fun! ------------------ |

quote: I've had it forever, I just never got around to it or had the tools. When I was younger I made alot of different little clay models. It was through a kit but after the kit ran out, we never got any more kits. Then later I got modelling clay but I didn't do alot with it. I also loved the Wallace and Gromit short films, Chicken Run and Gumby. Though I never thought of making my own movies, because I always thought it would be a pain and didn't really know to make them. Then recently I got some clay from my charter school, I never really used it, but some of friends were making clay movies and I took great interest in making clay movies. As I realized how to make them, I took the charter school clay and made a stage out of cardboard then I made the movies you see now. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Lava (edited October 04, 2006).] |

quote: Yes, I have watched lots of his videos. I have to be careful though, not to pick up too much on his style, which can happen sub-consciencously.
