Anyone have a myspace account? I do, but I'm leery to post it here. If you want it, send me a PM and I'll PM it to you.

I do but I don’t use it, once I saw that it would only let me upload like a dozen images, I lost interest. I’m spoiled I guess, I had my own custom Wordpress site for a couple years. I plan on starting another Wordpress soon so I should probably delete the myspace account so I quit getting those emails saying so and so wants to be your friend! :P . I hear Microsoft is opening a myspace type service, it’s suppose to run with no ads.

Lava lives down the road from me it looks, well same county at least. I’m up by Temec. If you guys know where they shot the last episode of ST:TNG with the wine field scenes, that is nearly in my back yard, I ride my mtn bike through there a lot.

There's a lot of CCN people from where I'm from. There are at least 5 people from Eugene or neighboring towns that are active on the forum. Eugene is also the home of Garage Games and the infamous Torque engine. There are also a lot of trees here, and it does rain quite a bit. That about covers it.

Anyway, as I said, I don't use mine, I'll eventually be setting up wordpress again. So, don't bother requesting the friend thing there, I don't authorize since I don't use it... which really needs to be deleted anyway. But you can be my friend, regardless. I have at least one post, well before I got to know the system and found it lacking for my needs. Anyway http://www.myspace.com/faithwarrior
Cool music though, eh? I love that model for my blog bg img, too.

so, I took off the link for the survey on mine, so I had to grab it off a friend's profile. say thank you.

http://www.kwiz.biz/simplesurveys/do-survey.php

but, through it all, I found my old code for the profile pimping. I thought I'd have to generate it again. but yeah, my background is back and is the best.

I needed a new style, but I like my sig's look so much, I thought changing the sig's "theme" rather than look would suffice. Plus with Winter around the corner, it didn't hurt.

About the caps thing, usually on most sites it's all in caps (actually it's LAVA89 most of the time), it makes my name stand out more and since the sig is in all caps I thought it fit better.

Yes, that's actually the exact idea behind it. If you look at the location of the avatar and sig image, it's called Frost and LAVAFrost. I think I will keep this till I get bored with it.

I didn't trademark the word "Lava", but the logo itself, which you can do.

Thanks

Is LAVAFrost your own thing? If so that is wicked cool dude and is very catch-phraseish--one of those things kinda like Google, Apple or Wii that kinda gets caught inside your head and doesn't let up---you could make a lot of money marketing under that

I think it has to do with your age.

Yeah I made it up to name the new theme. In fact I had a similar thing with the red theme (I nicknamed Lava Flow).

Hmm, I never thought of doing that, making money off of it. Though I was thinking of starting a clothes brand using the Lava logo, like Mudd or Hollister. But if I do something with the frost thing you will get royalties

Just log in your name in all caps and your posts will have your screenname in all caps. It works with CCN because the name isn't case-sensitive.

Well the avatar of the blue represents like a storm, hurricane or blzzard, going with the frost theme. The red avatar represents a volcanic eruption.

we all need neon in our lives--thanks for the royalties on the clothes Lava!!! you should make them, and they should be inspired by the clothes from Final Fantasy (in Japan you could actually buy pairs of Tidus' pants from FFX--I wanted those so bad!)
