NEW Stickman Animation Contest – buddboy

hey guys, i've decided that its time for a new StickmAnimation contest. we had a lot of fun on the last one, tho we it kind of took a while to wrap it up. this time, i don't want any entries to be submitted until we get judges.
each judge will judge one category, so there will be 3 judges (Misc., Action, and Comedy). the judges won't be allowed to participate in the category they are judging, so i'll judge Comedy. So we need an Action judge and a Misc. judge. Any volunteers? if anybody has an idea for a theme this time 'round, PM it to me and i'll consider it.

the action category is for like fighting and such. you don't have to be a judge; we only need 3. you can enter the animation you posted in the other contest; since it was already over it wasn't entered there. but you can still enter it here.

i have a better program to use then pivot
its called tisfat www.tisfat.cjb.net
its free and easier to use
you can create better backgrounds
so you should use that.

Hey, I know I'll take whatever time we get. I made a vague promise for the last contest, this time I'm shooting to have some actual content before I say anything crazy. My summer job ends this week, so any delay until next week is more than welcome for where I'm from, heh...

ok we can start as soon as we get a misc. judge. i guess i'll judge both comedy and misc as long as nobody minds. if i don't get a judge by 5:30 PM (Eastern time) today, i'll be misc and comedy. conan is the action judge. alright guys, you can submit your animations at 5:31 PM (eastern) today =D. the deadline is next friday at 5:30 (PM, eastern), judges email me at buddboy@gmail.com or PM me your choice for your category on that day (friday) at 5:25 PM (eastern) or something like that.

alright guys, know its past the judge deadline thing, but warsong said he would be the judge before the deadling (in an IM). he didn't post tho so that's what this is. he's the misc judge. alright guys, only one animation per person. you can enter in more than one category, but can only win for one (unless it just totally rocks).

Hrm, I'm not seeing anything, Holyness.

I haven't been doing much with stick figure animation -- but I have been learning 3d stick figure animation lately. Here's something I've been working on for a little while. Not *exactly* stick-figure, so it probably won't count, but at least it's something. Maybe I'll animate him dancing or jumping or something, but that might not be for a while.

um... there might be another extension, didn't get back until after the deadline. also there's not very many submissions. how long do you think it should be extended?

Wow Realm that is really realistic movement.

I like it HanClinto, I think it should count, because it's not like you have to use the program to make your animation. I also think that people who won last competition (in any of the categories) should be able to win this one. Otherwise it's not fair.

I'm working on a prequel/remake/sequel mix of it at the moment starting with a police shootout... in the middle part (the remake) The Soul Sucker combats Satan at one point and devours his soul, I'm looking forward to making that bit....

hey pretty good scott. some parts of it were a little messed up like they weren't touching when they punched a couple times and some of the physics were messed up but other than that it was awesome!
