The more time the better , and a date that wouldn't change 4 months before the event, or at all, would be best. I hope that with all this voting that a final date will be chosen and a vote won't have to be cast every year. I know your trying to get the maximum exposure and please as many people as possible but I think it's time to put the foot down. Secure a date, this will be the 'CGDC Weekend' and people will have to secudule around that. |
