Gameplay:
Gameplay will done similar the smiley war. Name your hitpoints and movement points in every post of gameplay, please.

Describe your jouney, on the map there are outpost dots, in each move you move from dot to dot, and when you move you will describe your journey like for example "Me and my fellowship moved to an outpost after resting at Lothlorien, then we were surrounded by orcs, I swung my sword killing one." and so each time you move somewhere it takes up one movement point.

Enemies:
In the game, I the host will position groups of orcs or trolls that each fellowship will need to fight off at certain areas on the map. Which will give them points. The enemies that attack will not kill your fellowship but will stall their journey and you will get points reduced if they are not defeated. When the stall penalty is over you will start right past
the area where you came in contact with the enemies. If two fellowships are at the same area is they get their set of enemies, as they cannot help each other with enemies. But other members can attack one enemy before moving onto the next enemy.

Conflict:
If a fellowship runs into another one they will be able to fight each other. However you will not kill the fellowship, though you will stall them, gain points and severely injure them until they can get to a resting area.

Attack:
When you fight each person of the fellowship will post what they do and how much hitpoints they have left. If they are attacked by a member of another fellowship they have to attack the person who attacked them. If they are fighting enemies (orcs or trolls are considered enemies) they can take on whoever they want, just long as they finish the enemy or they ask another member of their fellowship to assist them. Remember if you can't handle trolls don't fight them, take on orcs. Pick your battles. The enemies won't strike first, though with every attack you make on an enemy you are automaticly attacked back, so when you attack an enemy minus that enemy's attack value from your hitpoints. But if you attack an enemy and kill it you will not receive damge.

If you attack a member of a fellowship you cannot attack that same member until they respond.

Map:
The big red circles are enemy outposts, when you reach one of those you are prompted to fight the enemies. The small circles state what enemies are in the area, yellow are trolls and red are orcs. Each outpost should have 3 enemies.

Movement:
Each player gets 24 movement points. If you post a movement action, like going from one outpost to another takes one movement point. If you decide to stay at a certain rest stop you will get a bonus item, if you stay anywhere it takes up one movement point. To stay somewhere, say you want to stay.

Bonuses:

Rivendell:
Mithril shirt = +10 hitpoints

Lothlorien:
Elf Bow = +20 attack

Minas Tirith:
Narsil = +20 Attack

Osgiliah:
Gondor armor = +10 hitpoints

I think he said that the items equipped do not actually affect your character, just the racial stats. So equip whatever you want, from my understanding

Someone appointed in your group to make decisions and describe most of your journey, they are also the Ringbearer, the Ringbearer is more like a figure head and is the same as the leader. So the leader is a literal leader and ringbearer is more like a title.

So the ringbearer cannot be anyone else other then the leader? Like DR, ArchAngel, and I are a fellowship... so DR couldn't be the ringbearer, while Arch or me couldn't be the leader?

Basically the ringbearer is the leader. Maybe I should rewrite this part of the rules, to make it simplified.

After the council ends, if the council goes on too long I will set a date.

Because of the forum's general progression onto other things this competition has been cancelled.
