I use the firewall that came with Windows service pack 2 -- do you need one that does more than that? My wife has used ZoneAlarm for years, and that worked very well for her (she uses the Windows firewall now as well). --clint |

Sorry, I was assuming you were using XP. Is this for Win2000 or Linux or something then? And I believe you have to train all firewalls to accept certain connections before it will accept them -- that's kindof the point of firewalls. If you have a firewall with everything on by default, it's not a very protective firewall. --clint |
