this is not an uncommon thread to see on forums,

i want to see what you guys think about a KOTOR 3. do u think there will be one? how would it work/play out?

i'd like to see fresh characters involved in a story that runs parallel to
K2, but ends after it. THen it kinda ties up the series. I'd like there to be a little more customisabilty of weapons and characters. possibly a more advanced version of the building introduced in kotor2, that would allow u to basically make your own weapons with certain skills high enough.

i've seen interesting ideas on new features and possible storylines, what are yours?

Over all I thought KOTOR I was the better of the two games, simply because it had a better story. I only played it light side so I don't know about the dark path version.

Saving Bastilla from the dark side at the end though was an epic moment I am always a sucker for a little romance tho.

My favorite innovation in the 2nd KOTOR was that you could train the NPC party members to be jedi once you got far enough in their individual story arc. If they ever made a KOTOR 3 I'd like to see them expand on that, and make that more indepth.

All in all, I would love to see a KOTOR 3 and I would totally play it. In my opinion those are possibly the best RPG's ever made.

i though so too. I have played 2 of the renound FF games, but I didnt like my enemies popping out of nowhere, or the sheer multitude of battles you would face just crossing a field or short path. I found it annoying.

I know, I'm resurrecting a 2 year old thread, and everything. But I've got a question related, and I shouldn't put up tons of repeat threads.

Now for the KOTOR question.

I love RPGs. Unfortunetly, the best are built upon magic. I love SW. I love the depth with the ability to have your own destiny in the galaxy while being pivotal.

KOTOR seems like a mix of the 2, and I really want it. BUT, its rated T. I would like your opinions as to violent content, purpose other than killing, and stuff like that.

Let me define Purpose other than killing. SW: Jedi Accademy: Dark Forces II start of level was filled with just walking around shooting, there was little else to the beginning of the game.
