Ohnomyhormones are kicking in! i've had nasty thoughts i don't want to think, i've got really evil impulses to do sinful things: HEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! plz pray for me! I really, REALLY, REALLY,REALLY dont want to do anything ill later regret! (so far, nothing but im on the edge of freaked-out-beyond-beleif. Pray for me, plzplzplz! I'm praying for myself, but I would be a lot more grateful you guys helped! And its not hormones, its the whole teen-ish thing. Either way, im worried sick im gonna do something sinful because of them. Ohhh MAAAANNNN... *feels sick* im never gonna make it past 18... Often you are most vunerable to these kind of things if you keep doing what you are doing. Just wrestling with it won't help. You can't defeat sin by their 'game', you have to change the rules, quit the game. Walk away (mentally and phyiscally). Go do something else, at which you can't do what you are tempted to do. Take some quiet time down in the livingroom or something... Anyway, probably advice that comes a little late, but I hope you got through it. |

I presume you are a pre-teen goin thru "changes" and have strange thoughts about girls and/or drugs, drinking, bad stuff in general. Ignore girls, itll go away after awhile, and just stay away from drugies/drinkers and that too will eventually pass, If you do anything you regret A: pray for forgiveness and B: Mentally kick yourself around when you think about it and when you think about doin it again, it helps ------------------ |

I have the same problems, please ppl pray for me too. I really need the power of Jesus and I feel really bad now. I already cryed alot. I can't talk about it with ppl near me. I don't have the feeling I will be accepted in this. I am pretty depressed too, because I see so many wrong things in our church, I can't find my friends in the church. I did not run away from my temptations. I kept them close by. I did not kick them out so they would never come back. I hid them and learned to live as comfortably as I could with them. It has been years, and I return to them like a dog to its vomit. Now they are habits that are thoughly entrenched in my mind. --Sin, I wish had never known. I pray that you turn NOW from your sinfull desires and in God's power never return to them. |

I'm praying for you guys, I understand what you are going through because I have been there my self and there is still some temptation from time to time but Thank Jesus for helping me to get over this! And this is what I wanted to tell you, that God can and He want's to help you but we have to be willing to change and fight. Temptation comes from our own lustful desires and I am not sure how to put this but I quess one way to say it is that we must find a new love or focus on our most important love which is God. So in nutshell what God has teached to me so that I may overcome sin: Desire and seek for heaven not for earthly things.
