I disagre with #5 since eating right before bed the body stores protine as fat since it is not used. People in europe are thiner but they do to bed late. |

I eat a lot (almost as much as my dad) and I am still skin and bones... You can see my ribs if I take my shirt off... I can't seem to retain any weight... I'm 14 and I weigh like 105 110 thereabouts... I know some people who wish they were like me... But its just as bad as being overweight... (well maybe not that bad but still bad) ------------------ |

buddboy: Try eating lots of peanutbutter and banana sandwiches! It works really good. If you're only fourteen, you're at that age where you begin to get taller and slim down. Work out and lots of PB & Banana. ------------------ |

im 14, but im not too partial to PB 'n j... Pizza, Nachos, a heck of a lot of salt, quesedias, and i guess i should add a dictionary or two to improve my spelling. Toast, eggs, ice cream (only about 2 scoops a day !!!) Im not fat, but you cant see my ribs... hmm... grilled Cheese, Togos, DOH! Hey raine... I have been skinny AND tall all my life (my dad's 6'8!!)... Except for when i was a baby.... i weighed 9 lbs 5 oz!!... But i do like pb and j and pb and bananas... I used to work out for basketball but only crunches and wall sits and endurance and skill stuff... I am going to start working out tho... (eventually!) And RM... totally, totally, totally, totally,... (5 mins later) totally (when does this stop!! LOL), TOTALLY relate to your forum spaz thing (actually, i am a spaz everywhere!!)... AND I TALK TOO MUCH!! Maybe that has something to do with it... Well, who cares! (Yay!! PB&J!! NOT THE SHOW!) ------------------ |
