A friend of mine once mention just working on a pen & paper game. I've often wondered if doing so could lead to makeing a game later. Take "Vampire: The Masqurad" for example. It was a book before it became a vidio game. I remmember seeing a lot of people wanting to do an RPG here, but we never realy covered dropping the code aspect for a time, and working on hard rules. |

Good idea, Angel! Attending the Christian Game Developer's Conference this past summer was an experience, and it was sort of eye-opening for me -- normally when I think of Christian games, I think of either board games or computer games, but there were people there making a variety of games (though I didn't see any pen & paper RPG's there this summer). Great idea! It seems like so often, we get caught up in the code, that we lose the rules and the storyline. ------------------ |

I'm more interested in rules, story line, and verity in games. The old change the color to a monster to make five different kinds makes me ill. To boost a games playbality, I like to see multiple endings that can be achived (that even works outside of RPGs). Then rules are a fundimental basis to any game. |
