Hello, If you remmember me, then you know it's time for my check in on what everyone is doing. So, what are you doing? I see someone dug up a MMIO thread. Is Gump still hanging around? I know ArchAngel is still here. Are you still running the show Mack? |

I would love to hang out for a time, but who knows. Maybe if enough things peek my interest again. I got some good news though: I'm two chapters shy of having my first book compleatly online to read. Then it's on to editing the next half-book and finishing it. ![]() |

If you can't rip your own work apart, don't even get started. If you can't deal with failure left and right, don't get started. Oh and get ready to have everyone else tell you how to write, and find out years later that some were right and some were the cause of all the mess you have now. ![]() |

Howdy angel, good to see it is coming along well. I'm a casual poster, but not much of anything around here interests me as much as it used to. I like the humor and homeschooled perception in Realm's Girl one, but the others seem dry. I guess something like someone old coming back. ever since CCN's 'clone', blitzcoder, died and CodersWorkshop was born, most the CCN Moderators and Administrators left (appart from Mack), and basicly left us to do our own thing. Yes CCN has grown (i remember when blitzcoder was around, you could post a topic in here, and you will only get your first reply about a week later, but now, you only need to wait a day or so.), but It has also grown rediculous. but we still love it ------------------ [This message has been edited by kiwee (edited October 13, 2005).] |

kiwee, I only knew about part of that happening. I heard a good argument was going on over here a few months back, but I lack the time for them. I'v seen to much, made up my own mind, and don't really want other's openions unless I ask. I take that back, I love it when people e-mail me about my book. I've been very blessed with those. CPUFreak, you are part of the newer generation. Im not sure what I am, as I was the first person that really came that was this young. then en972, very shortly after. i got grounded from the compy for about 4 months, came back, and there were new (young) people everywhere. it was distrubing, in a way, to think I knew a place, then it was different when I came back. anybody talked to cobraA1 or AmazingJas lately.or Goop2 (he was pretty young, actually)... ------------------ [This message has been edited by crazyishone (edited October 15, 2005).] |

Old fart is a refrence to those of us that have been around for many a year. People that, can cover subjects with me without having to check back in the old threads. They know what people used to be like. They know the refrences to MMIO or the time before I made the little .gif animations, or further back when Krylar spent a good deal of time around here. Then again, you could be someone who knows that I apear about once ever six months to see what my old home baord is up to. This places helped me on my road into my first writings. Anyway, I need to get to my wife. ------------------ |

Wow, what a blast from the past. I feel like Im on friends reunited. Good to see you back, AmazingJas! You haven't posted any of your remakes in the showcase in a while. Thanks for the compliments on the 2-month-game project! It's coming along nicely -- there are some really amazing artists and programmers on the team -- I'm really impressed by how everyone has pulled together so well. It hasn't been the effort of just one person either -- it's had a lot of good contributors. Cheers! --clint ------------------ |
