Yeay. I picked up on a book of physics and I understand it.... yay. (I understand t because it is called, "Physics, the Easy Way" ) Anyway, do you know and phyics? How? IF so, why? Were you forced or just wanted to learn for fun and put them in your commerical game like me? >:D ------------------ |

That was my first physics book, back in about middle school when I became interested through a CD I had, called "Eyewitness Science Encyclopedia". Then, I found stuff about superstring theory in the book "The Elegant Universe", got interested in destroying the big bang lie (*cough*) theory some time in there. I'm in college for physics now. Obviously, physics has its applications in video games, too, and that is one of my favorite parts to implement, if I ever get that far in a given game. Unless you already know about collision physics, I'd be glad to lend some stuff about that I've learned (hilarious formulas). |

Hahaha ask Cheese about Physics books, I know he's reading some by Stephen Hawking or whatever, he attempted to show me some stuff once but it blew my mind. (Something about wormholes and the paradox created that if you went through them with the intention to kill yourself it'd create a problem, based on the theory that you'd go so fast through a worm hole you'd pop out before you entered.) Once again, it blew my mind, don't ask me how or why it is supposed to happen. Then again I could be WAY off and just rambling through lack of sleep (6:00AM mornings make CapnStank a dull boy) ------------------ |

is this for programming physics, or just physics in the real world... ATRPIOERWJ EOFHDF!H!!!! EVERYBODY IS AHEAD OF ME! i just got to doing 3d in c++, and firemaker is already on PHYSICS! arg! okay, my rant is over. IS it programming physics, or did i ovverreact for nothing? ------------------ Blessed are those who show mercy. Blessed are those who suffer for doing what is right. |

Don't worry I'm faarrrr behind you. Don't give up and don't look at how far others are ahead of you, learn from those who are ahead of you... ------------------ |

i like physics(what little bit i know). back in the day(when i was around 13-15) i remember looking up something on particle physics(can't remember details), and also the same night i looked up how nuclear powerplants worked. scientific theories i can understand pretty easily...but when the math behind them is put infront of me i turn into a 3 month old baby...anywho...think i might go do a google search on physics... ------------------ proverbs 25:7 www.gfa.org - Gospel for Asia www.persecution.com - Voice of the Martyrs |
