I was talking to crazyishone about my mom and how she plays games with me, like Halo 2, and Dynasty Warriors. I was curious on how many other people on here have parents that enjoy playing games with them. If they do not enjoy playing games with you, where do they stand on gaming?

Just an interesting discussion, lol.

as gamer4christ know, my mom fears videogames.lol.
she dislikes what she doesnt understand. i bought the
"guns don't kill people...kids who play video games kill people!"
shirt JUST FOR HER. haha.
i hav to go other places just to play games that landed an "M" rating. I played and beat all the other splinter cell's but this new one got an M, so i havnt been able to play it.

my mom really doesn't like videogames. but luckily, she only gets mad if I play too much, which I admit, has valid cause.

Yeah, my dad does not hate them. he just does not play them, because he claims he is not good at them, lol. But everything takes practice, right? lol.

My mom still loves to play Dr. Mario on the NES and she plays tons of word puzzle games online. My dad and I play alot of Real Time Strategy games together...but I have to let him win every once in a while or he won't play with me for like a month.

There's 2 groups of friends I have that have big LAN parties all the time. This last Fri/Sat was one and there's a father/son duo that always comes. The son is 26 and the dad is in his late 40s, maybe early 50s.

My mom LOVES Dr. Mario, lol. She just bought for the GBA she bought from my little sister, lol. She drove my older brother insane by playing the NES for hours and hours, lol
