What's worse - they have no sympathy for those killed in 9/11 or ther recent Tsunami. And it seems they draw some stuff from Calvinism, which has 5 points, all of which I disagree with, and upon which their hate stands. The 5 points leads to a "Why should I care? They deserved it" attitude and completely contradicts Matthew 28:18-20! Why would God give such a command if the 5 points of Calvinism are true? No, God clearly gives a command to preach to all nations, and would not do so if he "pre-saved" everybody. ------------------ Switch Mayhem now available! Get it here |

I suspected it maybe was a bad joke, some group masqurading as a church.. but when I read their whole thing about how they are a TULIP church and the 5 points and everything.. it seemed like they were really a church etc. Either that or those setting up the hoax did their research.

i can understand how they could have the "why should i care" attitude, but i know it aint right. yeah things like that do happen to show God's wrathful side(plenty of expamples in the bible) but i don't recall where God ever enjoyed it. Jesus also spoke about that. i think it was along the lines of(i'm paraphrasing a lot) "do you think the people on whom the tower of soloam fell were sinners above everyone else, i tell you except ye likewise repent ye shall all likewise perish" ...that tells me it's by God's mercy and grace alone that anyone is going to make it in. i hope that came out right. ------------------ www.gfa.org - Gospel for Asia www.persecution.com - Voice of the Martyrs |
