They say if you do not like what is on TV change the channel, if you do not like what is playing in movies walk away. But what if everything is bad then what be in hiding?
Society does not respect others views even though they say we should respect their action.
"British director Michael Winterbottom's sexually-explicit new film... 9 Songs is among a slew of provocative movies released during the past few years featuring real, rather than simulated, sex."

No big surprise. From skimpy clothes to groping/making out to simulated sex and nudity to actual actors having sex the next thing in line is a full blown porn scene. First movies then TV. What's the difference between these movies and porn anyways? Character development? Bah. All it is is a porn movie with more 'movie' than 'porn'.

that's the truth. it don't really suprise me none, it's the world after all, the ones who don't know Jesus. that's one thing i don't understand, all the Christian activist who go out of their way to condemn all these sins, and often condemn those who do them. shouldn't we put all that effort into getting people saved???

Yeah it's only a matter of time before they bring that stuff onto TV, they already have this show called Desperate Housewives (yuk!), and it's rated quite highly. I'm to the point where I'm about done with TV all together.

I agree benny, our effort should go towards showing these folks the truth and just how far away they've actually walked from the light. My heart goes out to them all.

in time simulated violence and blood won't be enough either.

whether real or simulated, its all about satisfying the lusts of the flesh, whether for violence or for sex

most times even flipping through music channels u might forget u r watching government policy regulated television

i dont want to be a hypocrite, so im not goind to say that those who dwell on provocative material are bad people. I just think it shouldnt be on network television because its quite destructive. I've already got the monkey on my back, but what if my 10 yr old brother is flipping through the channels and (now at the stage where girls arent gross anymore) sees beyonce slinkin aroung on the ground half dressed... u think he's gonna change it? probly not. im just worried that my brothers might get as messed up as me.
