i just wrote this, i hope somebody get's something from it. i usually feel kinda dumb writing stuff, but anyways...here it is:

the vowels that were spoken seem so long ago,
but they're wrote in blood not soon to fade,
thankful for the love that's been feedin' my soul,
i've been lazy and laid up all comfy in the shade,

forgettin' that this love i've been shown is for givin',
my hands are soft but my heart isn't that way anymore,
i've been selfish and forgot the reason that i'm livin',
my sins have been enough to make any heart sore,

in all my self loathing there's something i've forgotten,
my LORD wrote those vowels in HIS very own blood,
all this time all i had to do is ask and i'd be forgiven,
the cross HE took and all i have to do is preach that love.

i love it,

humble testimonies of redemption do alot for me, no matter what form they take.
