Story from the bible: When Christ meets up with the disciples after the crucifixion. The fact that these guys were ready to go back to their former lives and let it all go, but then dropped that idea and were now ready to go back and face certain death for their beliefs is what proved to me that Christ really did raise from the dead...cause what else would make a group of sane individuals instantly decide that they'd rather die horrible deaths as opposed to just going back home where it's "safe"? Especially since they're leader had just finished dying a horrible death? So, that's what ultimately converted me...and, thus, that's my favorite

Likes: Reading, Studying, Coding, Music, Hockey...too much to list, actually

Hey Skynes!!
I just had to say a couple of things. One I love Skillet! And I have been to a couple of their concerts, my favriote being one of their worship concerts. I admit though I like the older Skillet CDs better

Also I love computer games (specifically those in the C&C - RTS Universe), and Japanese Anime (Specifically Cowboy-Bebop, Trigun, and Gundam Wing)

Just glad to see someone with a couple of the same interests as me

We got Axis & Allies, but my family doesn't have the patience to play a whole game .

Risk: LOTR Trilogy Edition, however, is fun . Just got it recently, only played one game so far, but it's short enough for me to get my siblings to play with me .

I like strategy games the best, but I like other types as well.

sweet ride. hood scoops look nice, but you should find a way to make it somewhat funtional. like maybe a k&n cold air intake, and if it's the right type of scoop it was cause more air to hit it. but i'm the person that tries to make everything practical so i can talk myself into buying it .anyway, if you like the looks and you got the extra cash go for it.

personally i wouldn't get the fake scoops. i would consider saving up for something that would make it useful. but if all your wanting is the looks then go for it...$60 instead of no tellin' how much, it would be a lot cheaper. but if you plan on putting money into the motor later on down the road then i would wait.

Seems like a correction is in order. I love the LOTR books and movies. I said the PARTS of the books, not the books themselves, mind you. I hope that clears it all up.

Moby Dick doesn't seem to start until the end. That book is one of the hardest to get into in my opinion.

Consider yourself lucky. I read it once in middle school (I wanted to start it, and my parents made me finish what I started), and once in high school (for a lit. class). Both times were complete, unabridged. And yes, that's the first line. I remember thinking in middle school that I knew so much about whaling I could *build* a whaling schooner from keel to crow's nest. He's not one for short descriptions.

Anyways, here goes!
