Are Brice from the official BB site? Either way, welcome! Nice idea for a game, as I feel cow's are somewhat underused in games ------------------ |

Unfortunately, my account was "mysteriously" shanghaied. My password was changed, and my email address on file was changed so I could not get the new password, and my posts were deleted. Thanks to Krylar, I have control over my account again |

Hiya, I have an IP address, yes...and I have forwarded it to my ISP so they can try and track the person down. If they find the culprit, they'll have him/her monitored and will press charges on any further activity of this type. It's a serious offense to hack someone's account like this. Sorry this happened. -Krylar ------------------ |

Thanks again Krylar. No need to apologize, it certainly wasn't your fault. Before I came back to God, I wasn't exactly a nice person, and I know I still have several enemies in DB & Blitz land, just a glance at current signature files of some of the Blitz users will state that. A couple are still running this graphic in their sig: I just don't want to bring any trouble to this board, I am sorry it followed me here. ------------------ Brice |

Heya, We all have pasts to deal with, and you are certainly welcomed here. I praise God that you have come back to Him...there is nothing more important than that. I too have had numerous past issues. I went back to those folks and apologized and asked for forgiveness. Some refused, some accepted...some I became friends with. I don't know your situation with the people you had problems with, but it was a monumentally changing force in my life to humble myself before those that I had smacked about. God bless -Krylar ------------------ |

Glad to have you back One thing though, don't expect your ISP do do much. A while back I had my forum spammed and 3800 emails sent to me from someone who obviously didn't like my project. I got the IP of the sender, tracked it to a school and informed the headmaster. Unfortunately, he did nothing. Most people don't seem to care these days =/ Still, glad to have you back, and hopefully you'll stick around ------------------ |

Thanks Ty I will definitely be sticking around. Krylar, you are right. It is very humbling when you have to apologize to people. I did apologize quite some time ago, but I guess some people have a hard time forgiving others. ------------------ Brice |

quote: flippin' heck, maybe I've lead a sheltered life or something - but I have NEVER heard of a person's identity being hijacked, posts wiped and e-mails changed well, I only became a member of my very first message board back in January this year ( www.blitzcoder.com ) so I guess 6 months is not much experience, but I share Karl's shock, at such a scandal happening here I must admit that I was so naive; the possibility never even occurred to me if it can happen once - it can obviously happen twice I never knew we were QUITE so vulnerable guys ------------------ access chiefy's worklogs |
