How old is everybody? – Mike

I was just reading the "Are there any women on this board?" post, and most of the guys mentioned they had wives, or rather, a wife. That being said, I was wondering how old most of the posters were on this board. I'm guessing late twenties to early thirties? Then again, I'm terrible at guessing ages... I still have memories of this one girl that my friends had guess her age, for whatever reason. I guessed way too young, and it went overall pretty bad.

I don't know why I just shared that.

He - when you get to my age, guessing a womans age to young is a winner.

I am 32, my wife is a few weeks off 30. I have two children, Hannah is five on Friday and Calvin was one a couple of weeks ago.

Revelator: ROTFL !!! It took me a while to get used to 30, especailly as I had lost count and didn't realise until the last minute I really was. I thought my wife was just teasing me !!

Hey MMIO

I know I am displaying my ignorance here, but what does ROTFL stand for?

When I turned thirty, it was scarey because I figured at that age I really should be knowing what I should do in life. (and I wasn't but I am slowly figuring it out)

I'm sixteen right now... Anyway, the girl that I was talking about was like 22 or something, but she didn't at all look it. It was during the MN state tournament for wrestling, so naturally, I had a little more confidence than usual. Also, I thought she was kind of cute, and maybe my age or even a little younger. So however it came to it, my friends set me up, and it was an embarrassing minute or two, but it didn't last long. We had a good time .

Revalator, I think ROTFL means rolling on the floor laughing, but I'm not entirely sure.

I guess I'm on the older side of the folks posting then. I'm ... <drum roll>

34

I've been married for 8 years and we have two adopted children, 4.5 & 2.5 years old. And yes, two children is plenty. Briant is truly blessed to be able to handle four! Congrats! he he.

As I've stated before I am 16 <gives Mike and Stephen a high five>.

Yes, that's right, I'm back. My experience at camp was AWESOME as always (a whole week with complete focus on God will do that). I must tell you about some of it in another post.

At 32 I guess I'm an old fart here too. I've been married for almost 12 years now and have a 9 year old son with another child on the way.

Hi Tim!

I'm way too busy right now. Hopefully in the fall things will slow down a little bit. May even drive up to Eugene with the family and visit Dynamix.

Kevin,
On your way up to Eugene, be sure to stop & visit N-Lightning in Medford (they make Catechumen). Email ahead to set an appointment.
I haven't been to Dyanmix (talked to a few folks from there). I wonder if Jeff Tunnell & the others that split off to make GarageGames.com still stayed in the Eugene area? It would be nice to visit with them too.
And if you make it to Eugene, you may as well go for Corvallis and see me! And then there are a few people who post up near Portland! He he.

Jeff and the garagegame guys are all still in Eugene area. Since we've both left dynamix now, Jeff and I are in another venture together. This one should stay small and not get huge like dynamix did. Now the garagegames thing could really get huge - the 3d engine is just about ready for release.
