Hi everybody. This is my first post, so I thought I'd introduce myself, and say a few things.

First, my name is Mike, and I've been looking around at CC for about a month or so. Finally I figured out how to register, decided to register, and actually did it.

I program mostly in C and C++, know a little assembly, a little html. I also know how to use DirectX (except DShow and D3D), OpenGL, and am somewhat fluent in 3d software rendering. Also, I like writing a lot, and would be interested in writing some stuff here on CC. My previous site was somewhat successful (almost 35,000 hits, I think) and I had some tutorials which were okay (much better put together than this post. I really need some sleep ). Anyway, just wanted to mention that.

Finally, I've been reading the message boards around here for awhile, and thought almost all, if not all, the posters were nice, cool, and overall intelligent. I'll probably post some around here, so I just wanted to say hi.

Thanks for your time,
Mike Weber

Welcome to the CCN Mike! We hope you stay and get involved in our small community, it would be cool to see it grow! Feel free to post any questions on programming, game design, Christianity, etc.

Hi Mike

Welcome! It took me quite a while also to register after finding CCN.

Would be great to have some articles from you. Go for it!

A big Hearty welcome to Mike ... although your analysis of posters probably doesn't apply to me! I could use some sleep too so I'll keep it short ...
