Well, *I* trust ebgames.com cause they have been around a long time and they are found in most malls of any big size. SO i don't THINK its a scam. If your worried about it, of course, don't sign up. I did sign up though on the last one (xbox360) and this one just today and i have only gotten their newsletter like they say will come in the email for signing up. The xbox360 sweeps just ended signups nov 30th so by dec 15th we will see if anyone wins something i guess. Their email is a rather interesting email as you will know whats out in games for the various consoles (including PC). I have also ordered some things from Ebgames and they are quick to ship and never had any problems with them. SO, like i said, i *THINK* they are not a scam. You have to decide for yourself though. Don't take my word to the bank on this. The most i think you have to lose is getting a newsletter in the mail 4 times a month or so. Be sure to read their privacy and terms of contest to know for sure. ELG |
