I haven't seen the movie, but as a rule of thumb, anything that enrages the world so much can only be about one thing: Jesus.

This is the same rage that "The Passion of the Christ" was given. It's the rage of Satan's children.

I've never met anyone who loves the truth who becomes enraged by it, swearing and degrading children, comparing their teachers to Nazis and Satanists, as the comments under that video state. Those who become enraged do not love the truth. The truth is not in them. This video scares the people of the world to their souls, because its about Jesus.

I've been reading some of the comments, and while its sad, its also ironic, that these people are "upset" at us for loving Jesus claiming we're Nazists, and Fanatics, and then saying that if they had the chance they would lock us up into a building and set it on fire, to kill every last one of us. While the side they showed of the movie was the more radical side of Christianity, it is true. While its true, its not gently true.

While you cannot persuade someone to come to Christ you can use persuasion to not turn them away from Christ by your words and actions. Saying there is two types of people, those that love Jesus, and those that don't while it is true, it isn't gentle. Gentler phrasing is in my opinion wiser. That doesn't mean watering it down. In other words, be Gentle, without watering down the truth.

Yes. It takes all kinds to create the Body of Christ. Paul always spoke boldly about the gospel. Wherever he went, people became outraged and wanted to kill him. Every prophet in the Old Testament was hated by the people.

Although what you have said, Mene, can be true sometimes (that the way we say things can turn people off) it is not true all the time. It is not a truth of the Word. There are some people who only respond to bold proclamations of truth.

To all -
We ought to be mature in our faith, knowing that not all are eyes, nor are all hands. We ought to thank God for the diversity in the Body, and be grateful. Some of us preach the gospel with gentleness, while others preach boldly--and each of us has been given the gifts to do so. But if I accuse my brother, saying "You're gentle, you need to be bold!" or someone says to me "You're bold--nobody likes it," then the person who says either needs to look into their own heart and examine why they are judging their brother in such a way, because where we judge our brothers is where we judge ourselves. And such statements are not the message of the Word to us.

I can totally agree with that, Jesus himself was both extemely bold, and sometime gentle....

Hey, we're Christians on earth; we're SUPPOSED to be persecuted! So what's the problem here? It's not like we weren't warned that this would happen

And on the subject of Nazis...personally, I think there are worse leaders and groups of people then the Nazis ever could have been. It's not like genocides don't happen on a monthly/weekly basis in places of the world. And it's not like there aren't "evil" people who are in places of leadership... Not that I support any of the Nazi war crimes, but they were one group, and the world stood up to fight them. How is that not better then having them spread out throughout the world with nobody standing up to any of it? Anyway, my rant that has nothing to do with this thread

wow!!!!

i just finished watching the movie and i have to say it is amazing what this people are doing if only every Christian was raised like that.

this kind of things might actually be the things that might change the current culture in the world or get people saved.

as one person said "the generation that the world was unable to change will change the world"

p.s.: if you get to see the movie on dvd be sure to check out the deleted scenes too.

I agree. And we must remember that Jesus was hated by some of the pharisees He preached to and not just people like today in other countries.

Jesus is full of mercy and truth but the jews couldnt stand the truth because they knew not God's love but merely His law, where the had put their hope.
