I thought this would be a cool intro someone could use for a game. Maybe a game created with MITE, I don't have time but I thought I would throw it out here to see if it sounds good or lame. Intro This is the true story of Dr. Gilbert Bates, the wealthiest man the Statistically, near 100% of the computers in the With his tremendous wealth, came tremendous power. The power to Skip forward to the year 2018. At the age of 52, Dr. Gilbert Bates has just surprised the world by announcing his plan to retire. But even more astounding news was Bates announcement that he plans to liquid his company, with all it's assets and give all of his wealth to the world's poor! The world was in complete shock but were very ecstatic about the news. Many dreamed of how much they might get and what they might do with the money. Bates only had one simple request. That all people of the world, whereever they might be would gather around their televisions or radios or computers or whatever media outlet available, to hear a brief farewell message of love and hope he wished to share with everyone. Where no media outlet was available, Bates generously shipped potable battery powered satalite equipt tv units which he informed was the communities to keep. ..this is were the game begins.. |

Chilling.......evil........demeneted........I LOVE it. Excellent idea with alot of leeway, and its not one I've ever heard before. Utilize it if you can, it has potential to grow into an excellent storyline. ------------------ The old that is stong does not wither From the ashes a fire shall be woken Renewed shall be blade that was broken |

I like it, CoolJ! There's a type of embedded processor that is used in many types of devices called the Arm processor (also there's a StrongARM) -- is that why you called the chip "Geddon"? Just something I noticed. Anyway, very cool! That sounds like something that could be done with Mite -- if you're interested in using the engine for that, I'd certainly be willing to help. --clint ------------------ |

Haha! Well, I really do like the story so far. It's very unique. But I'd change the antichrist's name to something else. :P ------------------ |

yeah, I forgot to add something... 'The events of this game are a work of fiction. The characters are ficticious and any resemblance to any person, living or dead, is almost entirely coincidental..oh, except for Bill Gates and the sinister trillionare villian' lol..no, for real, I don't have anything against Bill Gates or Microsoft. And Brandon, I agree the name should be changed to something less similar to avoid 'confusion'. The truth is I won't be able to do anything with this concept anyway, because of limited time. But I just wanted to see what you thought of the premise because I value your opinions. I know ideas are a dime a dozen, but if someone wanted to use it or it inspires a similar concept, then that's great! Thanks all for your feedback, I'm glad you liked it. |
