Hey there!
Nice looking stuff. I've been checking out your progress - keep it up! You should work on some textures for one of your models, just to give that a shot too.

I'll try out texturing one day...if I can find a great concept.
But my main focus now is modeling.

hahahah.

very nice work. the glasses are a nice addition.

you know.. the Alchemist is really the connection between Science Fiction, where it combines elements from the Mad Scientist and the Wizard. Used frequently in older literture, the devations of the Alchemist exemplified the rift between the two genr... *mummbles off*
my sci-fi and fantasy lit class has really screwed with my head...

I'll say .

Real alchemy was basically the pursuit of some sort of goal (usually turning stuff into gold, silver, the philosophers stone, or something like that), but was based on a misunderstanding of how stuff worked. Eventually, the rise of modern chemistry lead to its demise.

I can see how the Sci-Fi connection between "mad scientist" and "wizard" is made, though . They did usually dabble in other ususual practices, including some cultish stuff, I think.

6 "This is what the LORD says --
Israel's King and Redeemer, the LORD Almighty:
I am the first and I am the last;
apart from me there is no God.

7 Who then is like me? Let him proclaim it.
Let him declare and lay out before me
what has happened since I established my ancient people,
and what is yet to come—
yes, let him foretell what will come.

8 Do not tremble, do not be afraid.
Did I not proclaim this and foretell it long ago?
You are my witnesses. Is there any God besides me?
No, there is no other Rock; I know not one." -- Isaiah 44:6-8, NIV

i like the hair you added, it fits the overall look. he looks like a sophisticated and calculating leader. anywho...keep up the good work.

Haha, sorry but he looks a bit funny with the hair (IMO, no offense) it does give an air of leadership, although with their ungodly reputation i would NOT be a follower! I think the bald look held a more evil feeling, but the hair might be what you want if you didn't want him to be too evil.

i really wanna see the crusader!
