I have recently been playing a MMPRPG called runescape and was trying to figure out why I was so adicted to it. Mostly because I was doing relitivly boring repetitive task of mining ore, and I couldn't keep myself off the game. Then I figured it out, its all about reward. Then I could see that the whole game was a ballance between various rewards and risks. To top it all off I just read an interesting article at www.gamasutra.com called "The Psychology of Choice" I hope by the grace of GOD this is of benifit to yall. Love in Christ |
