Hey there, This isn't exactly one of those big, important requests but if anyone thinks about it could you please pray for me and my skills? I start my university exams next Monday and I kick it off with calculus, adv. data structures, and linear algebra...somewhat of a deadly combination with plenty of chance for error. Soooo yeah...please pray that I can remember the stuff I need to; it's not really difficult stuff, but I have a horrible memory. Thanks ------------------ |

I don't think it's selfish to be asked to be prayed for in something 'standard life' related. Not all prayers that go out need to be medium or huge sized. God cares about absolutely EVERYTHING that you need and even cares about the things we'd like to have.  I'll keep you in toughts and prayer, good luck bro!------------------ |

You bet we'll pray for you, JM. We do it every morning. It's totally not selfish. We're supposed to include Christ in everything, and fellowship is just as important. When I took those tests, I went to the library and studied an 8th grade algebra book for a few hours-- even did some excercizes. Everybody else was so excited about college and went out partying. I did very well on the test (well, at least better than the partiers) and got a scholarship. So, go study and that will be the "action" that you put behind your "faith." Then when we pray, it will be effective. |
