Hi Krylar, and others, I'm using a very nice small browser called Dillo at the moment (www.dillo.org). It is extremely fast, and works very well for me. However, they only support Correct W3 html, and so any errors tend to be quite noticeable. For instance, on this site, almost every page comes out looking extemely wrong, because of misplaced/missing </table> tags. Any chance of you running htmltidy or some similar program on it? Running htmltidy on a downloaded page here makes it all work fine, but as the original downloaded html is impossible to read easily (no white space, etc) I cannot locate myself the specific lines which need chaning. Peace, ------------------ |

Well, I'm not the author, so I can't change these pages. May I recommend a browser that more easily handles these pages, though? I've been using MozillaFirebird, and it works quite well for me. Maybe you should give it a spin ![]() ------------------ |

Cobra: Yep, Firebird is a great browser, and I often use it (and other Mozilla derivatives (epiphany/galeon/etc)) however, from a purely principle view, isn't it better to use correct HTML? It means that the page will work better for blind/low-vision browsers too. And for people with lower-resource machines who cannot afford computers with much RAM which is needed for windows/IE or other big browsers/OSes. Also It should mean that embedded browsers could read it better too (CCN on a mobile phone! woohoo!) Dan ------------------ |

Heya, I wouldn't doing this at all, but at the moment I'm dealing with a flooded basement, ruined carpets, etc. Imagine my joy. As soon as all this is done, hopefully I'll have a little time to look into things. As you know, though, this site is held together with tape and bubblegum...so it may be quite a task. -Krylar ------------------ |
