Just curious about what other forums you guys belong to and participate in? For me it's www.pcpowerplay.com.au , www.remakes.org , and occasionally www.desertcombat.com

I've cut back recently on how many forums I visit. It was getting to be way too much...

Now it's down to Creation in Digital (well, of course ), CGA, C-W-M, Expressions and here (couldn't give this place up... ).

And with most of the forums I'll just post every once in a while, so even if you don't see me, I'm still here

He posted a message. He's really the only other member I have . After my second program is released, and my forums overhauled, I'll probably do more advertising.

I hang around the BZFlag forums, since I contributed some code once . . .

I also hang around the Game Maker forums sometimes, although 90% of its members are high-schoolers w/out a life . . .

Yeah I go to gamemaker sometimes, but only when I'm stuck on something, its' great for getting help, but the conversation is very immature.

The gamemaker one is the same as the "dark basic" one then. (no offence to DB but 95% of there members are kids w/out a life.

(took me a while to figure out why everyone kept "forum games" going)

Announcements are really intended for my announcements, although I could add a forum for user announcements - I'll do that after the overhaul. I'm overhauling the forums right now. I'm going to upgrade to the next stable version of phpBB, and install a mod that automatically installs mods.

They've been down all day - I've had a lot of free time, so I'm completely re-installing them. They should be up now, at a slightly different address - /forums instead of /forum.

I did a complete wipe and re-install - and had to wait several hours when host-grid's FTP server went down . There should be a basic forum up right now, but I'm still re-installing mods and setting up the forums.

Thanks to EasyMOD, I now have almost all of the mods re-installed already . The only thing left to do is to make a mod for my BBCode changes . *whew* what a day . . .

If you haven't already, look at "Behind the curtains" on my webpage - my webpage is now PHP-generated . A lot of work in my spare time. The best thing is, the blog program automatically uploads the file using FTP, so I don't have to use a seperate FTP client.

Whoops - thanks for catching that . It should be fixed now.

Blog just generates the news content (and even then I had to create a template!). I coded the rest myself. PHP simplifies things so I don't have to do a lot of copying and pasting, and CSS helps also.

Blog just generates the news items. The rest is self-made PHP/CSS/HTML.

If you want, you can comment in my forums.
